We are pleased to have operated as a
highly-focused firm of Management Consultants for more than twenty years. We specialise in two key areas - the Public Sector and the Maritime Sector. We have built both a Domestic and
an International reputation for sound, professional and realistic Management advice and Consultancy support. Having successfully completed projects
for a variety of UK Public Sector Bodies, we have now established ourselves in an international context, by working on behalf of a number of Overseas Governments and Agencies, such as the World Bank. We apply Internationally-recognised
Project Management Methodologies to our projects - which enable our clients to receive a successful Project Outcome - on time and within budget. We provide a range of experienced
Board-level Directors and Financial Managers, who can 'hit the
ground - running' on all our projects. We are very much looking forward
